Allied announces new hours for Thrift Store and extended hours for Donation Center
Allied’s Attic Thrift Store and its separate Donation Processing Center have established new hours effective this month.
The thrift store, located at 581 Enfield Street in Enfield, is open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Saturday hours at Allied’s Attic are 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Senior citizens receive a 10 percent discount on all purchases every Wednesday.

“Community support for Allied’s Attic has been tremendous,” states Thrift Store Manager Marisol Suarez. “We receive donations every day and have had numerous requests to expand our hours. Now, our donation processing center will be open Thursday evenings and Saturday afternoons.”
Allied’s Attic Donation Processing Center is located at 294 George Washington Road in Enfield, around the corner from DMV. The donation center is now open at 8:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. on weekdays. Every Thursday, donations will be received until 7 p.m. New Saturday hours are 1 – 5 p.m. In addition to drop-offs, curbside pickups can be arranged in the Enfield area by calling (860) 265-3829.

The Donation Processing Center will feature a $1.00 clothing sale on Saturday, May 21, from 8 a.m. to noon. All sales are cash only. In addition to spring and summer fashions, shoppers will also find reasonably priced household items, kitchen accessories, home decor and more.
