• Josh A. Fraser, 34, of 76 Longyard Rd., Southwick, MA. Charges: Third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace. Bond: $10,000.
• Christopher M. Spring, 38, of 200 E. Main St., Vernon. Charges: illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension; operating without insurance; failure to return license plate/registration.
• Laurie Ann Patnode, 36, of 11 Hazard Ave., Enfield. Charges: sixth-degree larceny, credit card theft, credit card fraud. Bond: $2,500.
• Marclon Mingo, 40, of 52 Bridge Ln., Enfield. Charges: second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault, interfering with an emergency call.
• Jeffery A. Miller, 55, of 23 David St., Enfield. Charges: first-degree violation of conditions of release; violation of a protective order. Bond: $100,000.
• Thomas F. Williamson, 30, of 41 Douglas Rd., Enfield. Charges: operating under the influence, failure to drive in proper lane. Bond: $1,000.
