The Little Sisters of the Poor – St. Joseph’s Residence will be holding a Thanksgiving Turkey Drive at Geissler’s Supermarket, 100 Bridge Street, East Windsor, CT 06088, between the hours of 10am – 3pm. Donors can come to Geissler’s to shop and donate. The Sisters are looking to collect fresh or frozen Turkeys, Ham, Candy & gift cards for Thanksgiving for the Residents & Sisters at St. Joseph’s Residence in Enfield.
St. Joseph’s Residence provides care for 75 elderly poor residents. The Little Sisters of the Poor and the residents get very excited about this event. All proceeds will be used for Supper meals at the home for Thanksgiving and throughout the year.
