Richard Garrett, 43, of Enfield, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia, 1:46 a.m.

Kayla M. Markham, 31, of Hartford, was charged with reckless driving, engaging police in pursuit and operating under suspension, 1:30 p.m.

Christopher M. Riley, 33, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree rioting and second-degree breach of peace, 7:30 p.m.

Saturday, April 23

Ryan Leddy, 36, of Windsor Locks, was charged with misuse of 911 system, intimidation due to bias/bigotry and first-degree threatening, 4:03 a.m.

Sunday, April 24

Gamalier Claudio, 42, of Enfield, was charged with violation of a protective order, 4:15 p.m.

Angela L. Mangino, 52, of Windsor, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, criminal impersonation (two counts), interfering with an officer and second-degree failure to appear (two counts), 5:30 p.m.

Thomas A. Marko, 36, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief, second-degree beach of peace and second-degree threatening, 9:00 p.m.

Monday, April 25

Deavon Spencer, 22, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with possession of narcotics/hallucinogen with intent to sell, use of drug paraphernalia, illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, illegal possession of a large capacity magazine and failure to obtain serial numbers and engrave, 6:00 p.m.
