Monday, Aug. 1

Wilfred Torres, 29, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, interfering with an emergency call and second-degree assault, 3:31 p.m.

Mary Lapane, 49, of Enfield, was charged with violation of a protective order, 11:45 p.m.

Justin Dion Balliro, 35, of Chicopee, Mass., was charged with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree unlawful restraint, 10:00 a.m.

Stephen Johnson, 39, of Clinton, was charged with third-degree burglary (two counts), first-degree criminal mischief (two counts) and third-degree larceny (two counts), 11:04 a.m.

Guman Rivas-Boneta, 49 of Springfield, Mass., was charged with fourth-degree larceny, reckless driving, engaging police in pursuit, operating without a license and second-degree failure to appear (three counts), 3:48 p.m.

Wednesday, Aug. 3

Todd Doucette, 54, of Rogers, Ark., was charged with violation of probation, 2:20 a.m.

Richard Chillson, 38, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening, 3:16 a.m.

Matthew Dudek, 34, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 11:02 a.m.

Michael Carrasquillo, 41, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault, 1:30 p.m.

Qunnid Edwards, 20, of Vernon, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 1:55 p.m.

Jenna Dobitsky, 23, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 10:30 p.m.

Thursday, Aug. 4

Bobby Wilson, 35, of Hartford, was charged with engaging police in pursuit and interfering with an officer, 11:00 a.m.

Jakob Michaud, 27, of Bristol, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 2:45 p.m.

Cassey Maulucci, 40, of Wethersfield, was charged with operating under the influence, 6:21 p.m.
