Friday, Aug. 5

Brandon P. Scarborough, 34, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 6:45 a.m.

Steven Tracy, 28, of Enfield, was charged with operating under the influencer, interfering with an officer and evading responsibility, 6:45 p.m.

Alfred Drinkwater, 31, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 4:00 p.m.
