Mathew Barton, 26, of no certain address, was charged with possession of drugs by a nonstudent within 200 feet of a school/daycare, 9:29 p.m.

Wednesday, Dec. 15

Richard Stepanov, 69, of 24 Northwoods, North Granby, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 2:30 p.m.

Daniel Reardon, 33, of 95 Prospect St., Enfield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 6:16 p.m.

Natashia Rodriguez, 21, of 2 Thistle Ln., Enfield, was charged with first-degree failure to appear (two counts), 9:00 p.m.
