Tuesday, Feb. 8

Edward J. Gerbutovich, 69, of no certain address, was charged with first-degree failure to appear, 10:00 a.m.

Jessica L. Anderson, 31, of Middletown, was charged with violation of probation, 7:00 a.m.

Michelle Plummer, 38, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 8:30 a.m.

Zaida Smith, 49, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 10:15 a.m.

Brittany M. Blair, 29, of Easthampton, Mass., was charged with violation of a protective order, 12:45 p.m.

Rodney A. MacDonald, 58, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with possession of narcotics, use of drug paraphernalia, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of marker, operating with0ut a license and failure to insure private motor vehicle, 6:45 p.m.

Tabitha M. Klosek, 40, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 7:50 p.m.

Long D. Duong, 52, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with operating under the influence, failure to carry license and failure to drive in proper lane, 9:30 p.m.

Nicolette Williams, 36, of Enfield, was charged with first-degree failure to appear and second-degree failure to appear (eight counts), 1:27 p.m.

Saturday, Feb. 12

Anthony M. Gonzalez, 32, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 5:15 p.m.

Luis Torres-Diaz, 21, of Hartford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 5:20 p.m.

Sean A. Stanley, 31, of Albany, N.Y, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia and first-degree larceny, 8:25 p.m.

Maria Ortiz, 37, of Suffield, was charged with fifth-degree larceny (two counts) and use of drug paraphernalia, 4:34 a.m.

Jessica Chaclas, 35, of Longmeadow, Mass., was charged with fifth-degree larceny (two counts), possession of a controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia, operating without a license and improper use of marker, 4:37 a.m.

Brittney Allivato, 27, of Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, 9:37 p.m.

Monday, Feb. 14

Shaelyn Cintron, 23, of Vernon, was charged with disorderly conduct, 5:19 a.m.

Derek Minor, 41, of Eastrhampton, Mass., was charged with operating under the influence, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and operating without minimum insurance, 11:27 a.m.
