Friday, Jan. 27

Dontel Andrews-Smith, 29,of Enfield, was charged with first-degree failure to appear, 2:15 a.m.

Aaron Stiles, 21, of Enfield, was charged with first-degree sexual assault, second-degree strangulation/suffocation and first-degree unlawful restraint, 11:45 a.m.

James Jhon, 43, of Taunton, Mass., was charged with evading responsibility and unsafe backing, 1:05 p.m.

Kathryn Bartolomei, 39, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with sixth-degree larceny (three counts) and possession of a controlled substance, 5:38 p.m.

Brittney Tiber, 27, of Chicopee, Mass., was charged with criminal impersonation and interfering with an officer, 5:45 p.m.

Elizabeth Powell, 38, of Enfield, was charged with violation of probation (three counts), 10:11 p.m.

Saturday, Jan. 28

Andre Johnson, 45, of Bridgeport, was charged with operating under the influence, criminal impersonation, interfering with an officer, operating under suspension and traveling unreasonably fast, 1:26 a.m.

Crystal Phaneuf, 34, of no certain address, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault, 3:02 a.m.

Sunday, Jan. 29

Steve Congelos, 44, of Enfield, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree threatening, 12:30 a.m.

Amylin Delgiudice, 39 of Windsor Locks, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault, 12:40 a.m.

Ontario Devone, 33, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 2:40 a.m.

Monday, Jan. 30

Ivan Rivera, 35, of Holyoke, Mass., was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, 10:12 a.m.

Dialow Isaac, 25, of Windsor, was charged with interfering with an officer, operating under suspension, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and first-degree failure to appear, 8:20 p.m.
