Barry A. Omohudro, 41, of Simsbury, was charged with carrying a dangerous weapon, third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree breach of peace, violating a standing criminal protective order (two counts) and second-degree threatening, 10:30 a.m.
Anthony Daisey, 33, of Burlington, Vt., was charged with interfering with an officer (two counts), 11:06 a.m.
