Omar Santiago, 26, of Hartford, was charged with violation of probation, 12:03 a.m.

ASshley Agnes, 21, of Suffield, was charged with operating under the influence, 1:40 a.m.

Joshua Resto, 18, of Westfield, Mass., was charged with disorderly conduct, 5:57 a.m.

Alfred Alzak, 40, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree failure to appear (four counts), 5:35 p.m.

Sunday, May 8

Javier Figueroa, 42, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with second-degree breach of peace (two counts), third-degree assault (two counts), second-degree strangulation/suffocation, second-degree threatening and second-degree unlawful restraint, 7:37 p.m.

David Secore, 52, of Union, was charged with making a false statement, 1:05 p.m.

Tuesday, May 10

Marco Hicks, 18, of Enfield, was charged with interfering with an officer and second-degree threatening, 2:47 p.m.

Roemello Colon, 26, of Feeding Hills, Mass., was charged with possession of a controlled substance, third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree breach of peace and operating without a license, 5:20 p.m.

Ronald Hill, 25, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault, 10:40 p.m.

Kayla Lewis, 20, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault, 10:40 p.m.
