Monday, Nov. 14

Elsa Gonzalez, 77, of East Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 12:00 p.m.

Esmeralda Jimenez, 24, of East Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and operating under suspension, 12:00 p.m.

Scott Atkins, 51, of Enfield, was charged with failure to register as a sexual violence offender, 12:30 p.m.

Tuesday, Nov. 15

Anne DeJesus-Miranda, 46, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault, 12:48 a.m.

Eamonn Collins, 38, of Chicopee, Mass., was charged with sixth-degree larceny, illegally taking a payment card, charging less than $500 on a revoked payment card and violation of a protective order (two counts), 12:00 p.m.

Wednesday, Nov. 16

Lenin Rodriguez, 30, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with criminally negligent homicide and risk of injury to a child, 11:25 a.m.

Chad Szpakowski, 37, of Granby, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 4:25 p.m.

Thursday, Nov. 17

Maleka Barnett, 42, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 10:01 a.m.

Andrea Criscio, 33, of Westfield, Mass., was charged with second-degree failure to appear (two counts), 10:30 a.m.
