Daniel Rivera, 39, of 16-A Case St., Hartford, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 2:42 a.m.

Isaac Escribano, 44, of 147 Abbe Rd., Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault and third-degree strangulation/suffocation, 4:30 p.m.

Christopher Reel, 20, of 11 Hazard Ave., Enfield, was charged with violation of a protective order, 9:00 p.m.

Sunday, Oct. 31

Rashyne Prophet, 25, of 581 Armory St., Springfield, Mass., was charged with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault on an elderly/other victim, third-degree strangulation/suffocation and second-degree unlawful restraint, 6:57 a.m.

Robert Corey, 20, of 372 Washington Rd., Enfield, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, violation of large capacity magazine requirements, negligent storage of a firearm and criminal possession of a pistol/revolver, 9:30 p.m.
