Merry Oliver, 61, of Enfield, was charged with third-degree larceny, fraudulent use of an auto teller, issuing a false statement to procure a payment card, charging less than $500 on a revoked payment card, receipt of goods from an illegally-used credit card and first-degree identity theft, 6:15 p.m.

Ulises Hernandez, 39, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with operating under the influence and operating under suspension, 7:24 p.m.
Vashon Williams, 20, of Chicopee, Mass., was charged with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree unlawful restraint, 9:40 p.m.
Benjamin Tatavitto, 23, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening, 9:45 p.m.
Nicholas Tatavitto, 26, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault and second-degree threatening, 9:55 p.m.
