Jason Riether, 41, of Enfield, was charged with risk of injury to a child, second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault, 12:47 a.m.

Friday, Sept. 9

Irell Smith, 27, of Hartford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault, 12:55 a.m.

Adam Sampson, 31, of East Hartford, was charged with failure to respond to an infraction, 6:39 p.m.

Sheriann Smallwood, 32, of Hartford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault, 7:00 p.m.

Antonio Lopez, 19, of Enfield, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, interfering with an officer, assault on public safety personnel and violation of a protective order, 9:35 p.m.

Saturday, Sept. 10

Joseph Whalen, 62, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 3:07 a.m.

Edwin Negron Sancez, 41, of East Hartford, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia, 6:19 p.m.

Henry Bermudez-Huertas, 34, of Hartford, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of marker, operating without minimum insurance and operating without a license, 6:19 p.m.
