Enfield Arrests: Larceny, Burglary, Failure to Appear

Arrests as reported in the Enfield Police log May 4 through May 6, 2015.

The arrests included:

May 4:

  • Zachary R. Ramsdell, 27, of 103 Walnut St., Waterbury. Charges: sixth-degree larceny; use of a motor vehicle without permission. Bond: $10,000.
  • James Miner Tyler, 18, 75 Cornell Dr., Enfield. Charges: third-degree burglary, second-degree criminal mischief, fifth-degree larceny, conspiracy at third-degree burglary, conspiracy at second-degree criminal mischief. Bond: $150,000.

May 5:

  • Colin J. Theobald, 27, 109 Pleasant St., Enfield. Charges: extradition arrest. Bond: $150,000.
  • Ddonald J. Palmer, 20, of 17 Regan St., Rockville. Charges: six counts of second-degree failure to appear in court. Bond: $25,000 on each count.

May 6:

  • Taylor B. Gleason, 19, of 141 So Stone St., West Suffield. Charges: third-degree burglary, second-degree criminal mischief, fifth-degree larceny, conspiracy t third-degree burglary and conspiracy at second-degree criminal mischief.
  • Ailda Santos, 56, of Holyoke, MA. Charges: sixth-degree larceny and illegal possession of a shoplifting device. Bond: $1,000.
