Now we'd like to ask a few questions about your reasons for running and your general views on politics and government. First, why are you seeking this office?
I am highly motivated, and extremely humbled to have the opportunity to serve the Town of Enfield as we move forward into 2023-2024. If there is a Charter Revision Commission, I will work extremely hard to include a budget referendum, so the voter can have a say in town government.
Please complete this statement: The single most pressing issue facing my constituents is \_\_\_, and this is what I intend to do about it.
As taxpayers, we are all taxed more than ever in our history, question to ask yourself: are you freer? I believe the answer is NO! As the former Mayor, I will work to keep your taxes flat.
What are the major differences between you and the other candidates seeking this post?
What I bring to the Council is passion, calmness, a sense of humor, and an unwavering commitment to the Town of Enfield. Every single day, I aim for personal continuous self-improvement so that I strive for humility and work at being a better human being than I was the day prior. I believe that our residents are generous people with kind hearts. Although we may disagree from time to time, and I believe we all want what is best for the Town of Enfield.
What other issues do you intend to address during your campaign?
I will personally focus on maintaining our open space, local farming and woodlands through local legislation and seeking out specific tax incentives for farmers that grow and provide local food. I will continue to balance development versus affordability, we can and have achieved both when I served as Mayor.

What is the best advice anyone ever gave you?
Read the Bible
Is there anything else you would like voters to know about yourself and your positions?
Enfield residents are tough, educated, and we are a hard-working and caring community. I would be honored to represent the Town of Enfield on the Town Council for the next two years to continue to move Enfield forward for the benefit of all generations. We have a lot of work to do. I am humbly requesting your vote for Michael Ludwick, and for all my republican teammates on Row B Tuesday November 7th.
