Enfield Earns Votes in Weekly Boys Basketball Poll
The rejuvenated Eagles opened the season by winning seven of their first eight outings.

ENFIELD, CT — An exciting high-powered offense has helped Enfield High School capture the attention of some voters in the weekly high school boys basketball poll of Connecticut media members.
The Eagles (7-1) have averaged 81.5 per game, topping 90 on three occasions. Their lone blemish came at the hands of unanimous No. 1 selection East Catholic. Enfield plays back-to-back road games this week, visiting RHAM Friday and Plainville Saturday.
East Catholic (9-0) received the number one nod from all 19 voters to maintain its lofty perch atop the rankings.
