Enfield Election 2015 Results: Victors Declared in Town Council Races
Four district councilors and seven at-large members were elected Tuesday.
Incumbents on the Enfield Town Council had the hot hand Tuesday, as all sitting councilors running for re-election retained their seats.
Republicans maintained a 6-5 majority on the council, winning four at-large seats and two districts.
Mayor Scott Kaupin and Republican at-large colleagues Greg Stokes, Donna Szewczak and Carol Hall were all re-elected, as were Democratic at-large incumbents Tom Arnone and Gina Cekala. Kathleen Sarno also won an at-large seat, taking the place of longtime councilor Cindy Mangini, who did not seek re-election due to her enrollment in law school.

Democrat Virginia Higley and write-in candidate Charles Woods did not garner enough votes for election.
Republican District 1 councilor Joe Bosco and District 3 incumbent Bill Lee were each elected for another two-year term. Bosco topped challenger John Foxx, while Lee prevailed over Liz Davis.

Democrat Ed Deni defeated challenger Donna Dubanoski to hold onto his District 4 seat, while longtime District 2 incumbent William “Red” Edgar ran unopposed.
Less than a third of registered votes showed up at the polls, with 6,540 ballots cast of a possible 20,804.

- District 1: Bosco 1,127; Foxx 810
- District 2: Edgar 636
- District 3: Lee 1,045; Davis 804
- District 4: Deni 890; Dubanoski 678
- At-large: Kaupin 4,036; Hall 3,329; Stokes 3,306; Szewczak 3,081; Arnone 3,016; Cekala 2,667; Sarno 2,547; Higley 2,293
