Enfield Farmers Market Back For New Year
2022 season starts Sunday at Enfield Town Green.

ENFIELD, CT — A festive atmosphere is expected at the Enfield Town Green this Sunday, June 12, when the Enfield Regional Farmer's Market begins another season.
Starting Sunday with 2022's kickoff event, the market will take place every Sunday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. through Oct. 30. There will be no markets June 19 or July 10, however.
Located at 820 Enfield St., the green will host everything from live music to the food and crafts of more than 40 separate vendors.

The year's first market will feature live music from Amanda Rowe and more than 40 vendors.
"Farmers will have their latest harvest on display, bakery items from local bakers will be showcased along with local crafters, food trucks and community vendors," reads an announcement on the Town of Enfield website.

And, according to town officials, the market isn't just something for Enfield residents, its for residents of many area towns in Connecticut and Massachusetts.
“This is an annual event that brings people from all over to enjoy our town green. My wife and I drive from Wethersfield several Sundays ourselves to enjoy this weekend event,” said Enfield Assistant Town Manager Steven Bielenda.

Vendors, meanwhile, can fill out an application form at www.enfield-ct.gov through the Development Services Page and email to enfieldfarmersmarket@gmail.com. Or, vendors can mail it to Enfield Town Hall, Development Services, 820 Enfield St., Enfield, CT 06082.
