Enfield High Graduation: What To Know For Thursday

School officials released parking, bag and weather-related details ahead of Thursday's ceremony.

ENFIELD, CT — Enfield High School will hold its Class of 2026 graduation ceremony Thursday, June 11, at 7 p.m. on the school’s athletic field, according to Enfield Public Schools.

Admission to the ceremony will be by wristband only. Wristbands will be distributed to graduates during rehearsals, school officials said.

Parking will be available at Enfield High School, Eagle Academy and Enfield Street School. Additional parking will be available at St. Bernard’s School, where shuttle service to Enfield High School will begin at 4 p.m.

The lower lot next to the turf field will be reserved for handicapped parking. Parking will not be allowed before 4 p.m., and guests with wristbands will not be admitted to the seating area until 4:30 p.m.

Guests are discouraged from bringing bags to the ceremony. Only clear plastic bags or small clutch purses and wallets no larger than 6.5 inches by 4.5 inches will be allowed, and all bags are subject to search, according to the district.

Food and beverages are not permitted, except for sealed, clear plastic water bottles.

Noisemakers, including air horns, cowbells and whistles, are prohibited. Signs, posters, banners, beach balls, balloons and confetti also will not be allowed.

Weather Plan

If the ceremony is postponed because of inclement weather, it will be moved to the following day and rescheduled daily as needed until it can be held outdoors, school officials said.

Student speakers will include Valedictorian Anthony Mammano, Salutatorian Bridget Kelly and Class President Olivia Nuccio.
