Collins said Miller and his former girlfriend, who is pregnant, had a verbal argument late Friday afternoon at Powder Hollow Park in Hazardville. During the course of the incident, Miller allegedly grabbed the woman and shoved her down, causing minor injuries.
Miller told the woman he had a knife "and is going to stab someone," but she broke free, got into her car and left the park, Collins said.
