Enfield Man Confirmed Dead In Vermont Homicide

Vermont State Police confirmed the identity of Wednesday night's fatal shooting victim as that of a man from Enfield.

ST. JOHNSBURY, VT — State police in Vermont have released the identity of a homicide victim as that of a man from Enfield.

Neftaly Martinez, 37, was found dead in an apartment Wednesday night. An autopsy determined he had been shot once in the chest, and the office of the chief medical examiner ruled the death a homicide, according to police.
