UPDATE: Enfield Man Dies of Injuries Sustained in Accident at Holy Family Church
Tyler Damato, 20, has died of injuries he received in a single-vehicle accident Thursday night.

The Enfield man who was critically injured when he lost control of his car in the Holy Family Church parking lot Thursday night has died.
Tyler Damato, 20, had been on life-support at Hartford Hospital since the accident, police said. He has since passed away, hospital spokesman Jeff Sargent said. No further details were provided.

An Enfield man is in critical condition after a motor vehicle accident in the parking lot of Holy Family Church Thursday night.
Tyler Damato, 20, was operating a car in the church lot on Simon Road around 9:41 p.m. when the vehicle left the paved portion of the lot and struck a tree, police said.
Damato and two passengers were extricated from the vehicle by the Enfield Fire Department, then transported by Enfield EMS to Hartford Hospital. The passengers are reported to be in stable condition, police said.
The Enfield Police Traffic Division continues to investigate the accident, and anyone with information is asked to call Officer Bill Vieweg at 860-763-6400.
