Officers searched the immediate area and located narcotics paraphernalia, and also seized the victim’s phone. An analysis of Facebook messages and telephone contacts revealed the victim had ordered heroin/fentanyl from Feliciano the day before the victim was found deceased, Durham said.
The offense carries a maximum term of imprisonment of 20 years. A sentencing date has not yet been scheduled. Feliciano is detained pending sentencing, Durham said.
