Enfield police armed with an out-of-state warrant took the man, a convicted felon, into custody while he was working at the burger chain.

ENFIELD, CT — Enfield police armed with an out-of-state murder warrant arrested a convicted felon late Thursday afternoon at his place of employment at a local fast food restaurant.
Around 5:34 p.m., police took Timothy Olschafskie, 30, into custody at the Burger King on Elm Street. An arrest warrant out of Wilmington, Delaware indicated Olschafskie is wanted for first-degree "murder by abuse or neglect," Police Chief Alaric Fox said.
He was held as a fugitive from justice on a $1 million bond, and is scheduled to be arraigned Friday in Hartford Superior Court.
