Enfield Man Stabbed at Halloween Party

Police say the victim was helping clear out the party when three unidentified men attacked him.

Enfield police are still investigating an incident in the east end of town Friday night that resulted in a man being stabbed in the chest.

Police Chief Carl Sferrazza said the victim had been trying to help a resident of a house at 62 Jackson Road clear out a Halloween party, after police had been called to the home earlier for a noise complaint.

Several witnesses told police the victim, who was not identified, was confronted by three young men near the road. One witness said the victim was punched in the face, then began yelling he had been stabbed, Sferrazza said.
