Enfield Moves Up 2 Spots in Girls Basketball Poll
The Eagles enter the Class LL state tournament ranked sixth in the state in balloting by coaches and media members.

ENFIELD, CT — A postseason run capped by a second straight CCC tournament championship helped Enfield High School move up two notches in the weekly girls basketball poll of coaches and media members.
The Eagles (20-4) placed sixth in the most recent balloting. Their 16-4 regular season record has them seeded eighth in the Class LL tournament.
New London (23-0) received all 13 first-place votes.
