Enfield Obituary: Frankie Westbrook, 53

Frankie Ann Westbrook, 53, of Enfield, beloved wife of Robert J. Westbrook, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 10, 2018.

Born March 21, 1965, in Houston, Texas, daughter of Rick and Margie Mellas and Henry Franklin, Frankie grew up in Houston before moving to Enfield 20 years ago. She was employed by Subway, serving as manager at the Enfield Street location. The most important thing in Frankie's life was family; she was devoted to her husband, her children, and many grandchildren. She touched the hearts of everyone she encountered with her motherly nature and compassionate soul.

Besides Robert, her husband of 19 years, she is survived by her children, Kenneth Harper, Sara Harper and her partner, Steve Jones, Julia Harper, Wendy Harper and her partner, Josh Sokol, Michael Kilian and his partner, Lauren Norris, Ronald and Hank Harper; her grandchildren, Mackenzie Harper, James Harper, Travis Harper, Brayden Harper, Madeline Hamerlin, Jaiden Harper, Austin Harper, Jackson Sokol, Liam Kilian; and two brothers, David Clark and Robert Pinlin. She was predeceased by a son, James Harper; and a grandchild, Landon Harper.

Her family will receive friends Sunday, Oct. 21, from 4 to 7 p.m. at Nicholson & Carmon Funeral Home, 443 East St. North (Route 159), Suffield. A graveside service will be held Monday, Oct. 22, at 11 a.m. in St. Patrick Cemetery, Enfield.
