Ricardo M. Baez, 21, of 33 Racebrook Rd., East Hartford, was charged with 6th-degree larceny, on a 2011 warrant, 10:50 a.m.

Alexander M. Williams, 23, of 38 Twilight Dr., Granby, was charged with 2nd-degree criminal damage to property and 2nd-degree criminal mischief, on a 2011 warrant, 5:15 p.m.
