Veronica Craig, 19, of 33 Valley View Dr., Hampden, Mass., was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 12:00 p.m.

Mark D. Robinson, 21, of 1262 Enfield St., Enfield, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace, 12:37 p.m.

Friday, April 20

Karen A. Nurmi, 62, of 6 Theodore St., Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence, 6:12 p.m.

Dasia T. Case, 19, of 54 Drake St., Windsor, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 9:21 p.m.

Saturday, April 21

Justin J. Verville, 26, of 22-C Prospect St., Enfield, was charged with second-degree unlawful restraint and interfering with an officer, 2:40 a.m.

Kenneth R. Breedon, 69, of 29 Lynch Terr., Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 7:07 a.m.

Rebecca R. Kurth, 37, of 33 Fulton Pl., West Hartford, was charged with fourth-degree larceny, 8:29 p.m.

Donald H. Kuhn, 49, of 832 Converse St., Longmeadow, Mass., was charged with fourth-degree larceny and failure to insure a private motor vehicle, 9:33 p.m.

Sunday, April 22

Mark A. Chevalier, 43, of 17 Park Hill, East Windsor, was charged with third-degree assault, third-degree assault on an elderly/other victim, second-degree breach of peace, second-degree burglary and third-degree criminal mischief, 1:27 p.m.
