Aug. 11

Nathan J. Sheltra-Burleigh, 19, of 450 Park Ave., Windsor, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 7:07 a.m.

Alexander C. Anderson, 27, of 9 Nutmeg Ave., Enfield, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 5:52 p.m.

Carrie Pouliot, 38, of 70 Tariff St., Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, 10:34 p.m.

Aug. 12

Eric M. Lemieux, 25, of no certain address, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, 2:18 a.m.

Brandon T. Mosher, 39, of 77 Center St., Windsor Locks, was charged with second-degree failure to appear and possession of less than a half-ounce of a cannabis-type substance, 4:20 p.m.

Aug. 13

Kelly A. Champagne, 36, was charged with operating under the influence, failure to drive in proper lane and following too closely, 12:00 a.m.

John D. Merlino, 63, of 35 Fairfield Rd., Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault, 8:50 p.m.

Christopher J. Laurito, 50, of 224 Trinity Ave., Glastonbury, was charged with violation of a protective order, operating under the influence and operating under suspension, 9:59 p.m.

David A. Smith, 52, of 14 Sullivan Ave., Enfield, was charged with possession of narcotics, use of drug paraphernalia, possession of drugs near a school/daycare, operating without minimum insurance, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and improper use of marker, 11:50 p.m.

Aug. 14

Michael P. Hennessey, 35, of 12 Sullivan Ave., Enfield, was charged with possession of narcotics, use of drug paraphernalia and possession of drugs near a school/daycare, 12:47 a.m.

Bryan Shimeld, 41, of 463 Taylor Rd., Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 7:42 p.m.

Nicole J. Wienczkowski, 31, of 47 Laurel Park, Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 8:59 p.m.
