Rachel A. Siegel, 22, of 11 Grassy Meadow Rd., Wilbraham, Mass., was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 5:21 p.m.

Zoe P. Siegel, 20, of 11 Grassy Meadow Rd., Wilbraham, Mass., was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 5:46 p.m.

Aug. 18

Jorge Maldonado, 25, of 115 Moody Rd., Enfield, was charged with sale of certain illegal drugs, use of drug paraphernalia and possession of narcotics, 3:28 p.m.

Charise Gonzalez, 30, of 115 Moody Rd., Enfield, was charged with sale of certain illegal drugs, use of drug paraphernalia and possession of narcotics, 4:19 p.m.

Allen J. Miller, 27, of 29 Mountain St., Vernon, was charged with criminal impersonation, interfering with an officer, possession of narcotics and second-degree failure to appear, 8:15 p.m.

Felix Ramos, 64, of 21 Abbe Rd., Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, 9:49 p.m.
