Aug. 22

Christopher H. Richard, 28, of 39 Whitworth St., Enfield, was charged with third-degree assault on an elderly/other victim, second-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct, 10:35 p.m.

Aug. 23

Dora Coayla, 25, of 20 Mattoon St., Springfield, Mass., was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 10:30 a.m.

Timothy J. Tracy, 53, of 50 Norris St., West Springfield, Mass., was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 2:02 p.m.

Mitchell P. Davis, 25, of 345 Buckland Hills Dr., Manchester, was charged with second-degree failure to appear (two counts), 8:21 p.m.
