Aug. 26

Rondell K. Palmer, 26, of 39 Seaman Cir., Manchester, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 7:04 a.m.

Patrick Carmichael, 24, of 410 Old Mantague Rd., Amherst, Mass., was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 1:44 p.m.

Evan V. Benis, 19, of 34 Sandpiper Rd., Enfield, was charged with possession of less than a half-ounce of a cannabis-type substance and use of drug parphernalia, 8:12 p.m.

Aug. 27

Christine A. Guadalupe, 26, of 111 Sherbrooke Ave., Hartford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault, 3:50 a.m.

Maricela Montes, 41, of 44 Perospect St., Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault, 7:35 a.m.

William J. Jenkins, 38, of 26 King Ct., Enfield, was charged with third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace and sixth-degree larceny, 7:55 a.m.

Aug. 28

Brandon C. Arnold, 19, of 39 Grant Rd., Enfield, was charged with third-degree burglary and sixth-degree larceny, 10:29 a.m.

Jesus M. Rodriguez, 31, of 42 Lighthouse Hill Rd., Windsor, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 8:24 p.m.

Matthew J. Moore, 23, of 3 South St., Windsor Locks, was charged with possession of a controlled substance/less than four ounces of marijuana, possession of less than a half-ounce of a cannabis-type substance, use of drug paraphernalia and traveling unreasonably fast, 11:30 p.m.
