Carmine Leblanc, 30, of 110 South Rd., Somers, was charged with possession of narcotics and use of drug paraphernalia, 6:27 a.m.

John P. Palmer, 20, of 33 Manse Hill Rd., Somers, was charged with fifth-degree larceny, 7:19 a.m.

Jessica R. Brunelle, 34, of 65 Brookside Vlg., Enfield, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 4:27 p.m.

July 21

Kapree McBird, 29, of 36 Laurel Park, Enfield, was charged with interfering with an officer, 2:00 p.m.

Nathan T. Snape, 39, of 36 Laurel park, Enfield, was charged with sale of a hallucinogen/narcotics (two counts), use of drug paraphernalia and possession of narcotics, 2:20 p.m.

Michael B. Grant, 31, of no certain address, was charged with violation of a protective order and interfering with an officer, 2:20 p.m.

Sean P. Smith, 31, of 87 Christine Dr., East Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and second-degree breach of peace, 7:45 p.m.

Elaine M. Bourque, 45, of 32 Haynes St., Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 9:04 p.m.
