Mark H. Rousseau, 62, of 17 Grand View Dr., Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault, 3:40 p.m.

Robert L. Duquette, 48, of 23 Heron Rd., Enfield, was charged with disorderly conduct, 4:57 p.m.

Oct. 6

Nicole D. Rousseau, 33, of 44 Franklin St., Enfield, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, cruelty to persons and risk of injury to a child, 2:02 p.m.

Norberto D. Ruiz, 30, of 69 Middle St., Springfield, Mass., was charged with fifth-degree larceny, criminal impersonation and interfering with an officer, 4:00 p.m.
