Enfield Police Seeking Wanted Man

Police have a mittimus judgment on him for underlying charges of fraud and larceny.

ENFIELD, CT — Enfield police are seeking tips as to the whereabouts of a man for whom they have an active custody document.

Zachary Ramsdell, 29, is wanted on a mittimus judgment for underlying charges of fraud and larceny, according to police.

Mittimus judgment is a formal document containing an order in writing issued by the court directing the responsible officer to present a convicted person in a criminal case to the department of correction for incarceration. It also contains a direction to the jailer or other appropriate official to receive and safely keep the person until his/her case shall be determined by due course of law, according to uslegal.com.

Ramsdell is described as a white male, standing 5-feet-10 and weighing 180 lbs.
