Enfield Police Welcome New Officer

The Enfield Police Department said Sean Messina will complete 16 weeks of field training before solo patrol duty.

ENFIELD, CT — The Enfield Police Department is welcoming a new officer to the force.

Officer Sean Messina has graduated from the New Britain Police Academy, Session 26. He will now return to Enfield to begin a 16-week field training program before moving on to solo patrol duties.

The department said it is pleased to welcome Messina to the agency. A photo shared with the announcement shows Messina alongside department leadership and officers involved in his training.

According to police, Officer Crochiere will serve as Messina’s primary field training officer. Sgt. Pelletier is the department’s Field Training and Evaluation Program coordinator.
