Honor Enfield Veterans With Military Tribute Banners

The program lets families and businesses recognize local service members with photo banners displayed downtown.

ENFIELD, CT — The Rotary Club of Enfield is offering a way to honor local veterans and service members by sponsoring military tribute banners that will be displayed around town in 2026 and 2027.

Each banner includes a photo of the service member, basic military information, and the name of the family or business that sponsored it. The full-color banners measure 24 by 48 inches. The service member can be living or deceased, active or non-active, organizers say.

The banners will be hung on lampposts around the town green and nearby streets from Memorial Day through Veterans Day. They will be displayed during both the 2026 and 2027 seasons.
