Enfield Square Sells At Auction For $10.85 Million
The identity of the high bidder on the shopping mall has not yet been revealed.

ENFIELD, CT — The beleaguered Enfield Square shopping mall has been sold in an online auction for $10.85 million.
Ten-X.com, the online company which conducted the auction from Dec. 10-12, reported the 677,223 square foot property, situated on nearly 65 acres, had a starting bid of $3.8 million.
The identity of the high bidder has not yet been revealed.

According to the property listing prior to commencement of the auction, eight properties were listed, including Enfield Square, Target and Enfield Cinemas, as well as former anchor locations for Macy's, Sears and Macy's Men's and Home. Freestanding buildings housing Figaro's Restaurant and Wendy's were also included in the package.
The Target location has about eight years remaining on its lease, running through Jan. 31, 2027, according to the listing.
