Enfield Store Among Recent Liquor License Suspensions in Connecticut

ENFIELD, CT — Since July, a total of 25 Connecticut establishments, including one in Enfield, have had their liquor licenses suspended by the Liquor Control Commission and/or paid fines for violations, according to data released by the state Department of Consumer Protection.

The Stop & Shop Supermarket at 54 Hazard Avenue in Enfield served a one-day license suspension on Aug. 9 and paid a $3,000 fine for sale of alcohol to a minor.
