ENFIELD, CT — The Enfield Transfer Station on Town Farm Road will close for the day Thursday at 12:30 p.m., according to a notification from the town.

No information was disclosed as to the reason for the early closure.

Normal hours for the transfer station are Tuesday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., and Saturday, 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
