Attend our Transitions Lifestyle System informational session on Wednesday September 12th at 6:00pm and decide if it is right for you. This system is a 12 week program to teach healthy eating habits and behavior modification using the low glycemic index diet as its basis. The primary goals of the program are to promote weight loss, teach participants how to eat to improve their health and reduce the risk of chronic health conditions such as diabetes and heart disease.
