Thompsonville firefighters have proven for years they can handle hoses and hydrants with the best of them, but this weekend they will show if they can operate a beer tap in support of a worthwhile charity.The third annual Guest Bartenders Toys For Tots event will take place Saturday from 2-6 p.m. at the Enfield Tap at 112 Spring Street. Firefighters from Thompsonville will show off their amazing bartending skills, with all tips being donated to the Toys For Tots program.Donations of a new unwrapped toy in lieu of cash is equally appreciated.Toys may also be dropped off at the Enfield Tap through Nov. 9.Photo courtesy of Paula Molina
