Food Truck To Unveil New Look At Enfield Skate Park

ENFIELD, CT — A popular local food truck known for Puerto Rican-style street food is getting a new look, and the owners are inviting the public to see it this weekend.

The rebranding celebration is set for 11 a.m. on Feb. 28 at Green Manor Skate Park, 198 Taylor Road.

Four A’s Food Truck serves empanadas, tacos, rice plates, loaded nachos, tostones and other Puerto Rican-inspired dishes. Owners Anthony and Neiza Gonzalez said in an email that the refresh has been months in development. While the appearance is changing, they say the food and mission remain the same under the theme “Same flavor, different look.”

The event is open to the public.
