Garage Fire At Enfield Home Under Investigation

ENFIELD, CT — Fire officials are investigating the cause of a blaze which consumed the garage of a house in the Southwood Acres section of town late Tuesday night.

The fire at 9 Cloud Street was reported by the homeowner at 10:22 p.m. Three occupants of the home, as well as two pets, all safely self-evacuated, according to Mark Zarcaro, public information officer for the fire departments of Enfield.

Firefighters had the blaze under control at 11:08 p.m. The cause of the fire is under investigation, Zarcaro said.
