Visit the Enfield Public Library on Wednesday, April 22nd at 7:00 PM for Healthy Gardening with Jane Desantis and sponsored by the Friends of the Enfield Library. Ms. Desantis will present a program on the future of gardening and agriculture covering such topics as GMO labeling, farm stands, local produce, healthy foods, bees and more. As well, the Friends will be selling “Like New” gardening books at discounted rates.

It’s in the news. It’s on our minds. It’s everyone’s concern. From the food we grow to the food we eat the future of agriculture affects us all. Presenter and concerned citizen, Jane Desantis, will speak about the many factors, both positive and negative, that affect the farming, gardening, and agricultural communities.
