Helicopter Tree Work Starting This Week In Enfield

ENFIELD, CT — Eversource Energy-commissioned airborne tree-trimming will begin in four north central Connecticut towns starting Wednesday, including Enfield.

The tree work along Eversouce rights of way will be done using a helicopter and will take place in Enfield, East Windsor, South Windsor, and Vernon, starting Wednesday and running through May 5, weather permitting, Eversource officials said.

Tree-trimming is slated to take place between 7:30 a.m. and 4 p.m.
