Holiday Changes Made to Enfield Rubbish/Recycling Schedule
Observation of the Lincoln's Birthday holiday has prompted a change to the DPW collection and transfer station schedule.
ENFIELD, CT — Due to observance of the Lincoln's Birthday holiday on Tuesday, Feb. 12, the Enfield Department of Public Works has announced an alteration to the refuse and recycling schedule for that week.
Refuse and Recycling Holiday Schedule
- Monday’s refuse/recycling will be collected on Monday
- Tuesday’s refuse/recycling will be collected on Wednesday
- Wednesday’s refuse/recycling will be collected on Thursday
- Thursday’s refuse/recycling will be collected on Friday
- Monday, Feb. 11 – closed
- Tuesday, Feb. 12, – closed
- Wednesday, Feb. 13 through Friday, Feb. 15 – open 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
- Saturday, Feb. 16 – open 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
